Our ESG strategy is centered on three pillars: environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and economic viability. It is carefully designed to ensure that all operations, across Osini Group, are carried out in a sustainable and responsible manner.
Environmental sustainability
At Osini Group, environmentally-friendly practices are the only ones we adopt. Case in point: we are pivoting to solar energy to meet energy demands across our various operations and we have also introduced systems to recycle water for irrigation.
Social responsibility
Social begins within Osini Group itself; we maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and we don’t compromise on fair wages and professional development. Beyond the Group, we focus on being good neighbours: we hire locally, support community development projects, and promote environmental education.
