CEO
Prior to founding Osini Group, Jody worked with AECOM, Ellerbe Becket, OLBN Design & Planning, and Guangzhou Ziuzhou Architecture Design Institute, over a period spanning two decades.
Thelma Sarkodee-Adoo
Director & Partner
Thelma is a Director and partner at Osini Group. Prior to working with Osini Group, she has had a 15-year career as a computer scientist in information systems and business administration.

Director of Agriculture
Azariah brings extensive experience working at the international level, with a focus on economic development. He is currently a member of the Expert Network of the World Economic Forum in the area of international development.

Director of Real Estate
Agnes brings onboard excellent managerial and operations skills. Her great flexibility, evidenced by successfully running a cosmetics business, authoring several books and leading a religious organisation, makes her the target resource for spearheading real estate at Osini Group.

Samuel brings onboard a decade of varied architecture experience, both as an employed architect and a partner in his private practice. As an Associate of the Ghana Institute of Architects, he is well-versed with Ghanaian industry.

Real Estate Manager
Justyna brings extensive experience as a finance professional in London, having worked in various administration roles. Her expertise with data management and accounting makes a valuable asset.
