We were hired to execute this design-build healthcare project in 2010 as a replacement for Fort Benning's aging hospital. This 745,000-square-foot hospital was the first COE hospital to be completed using the design-build delivery method. This new facility included an 80-bed hospital tower and a three-story outpatient clinic, which flanked the multi-story entry atrium. A two-story parking garage was also part of the project.
